(2) house_lease.html    - I'll send this one if you're renting a house.

Each street name is a directory with details/photos of the
corresponding house.  Please complete the application (Rental
Application.doc) along with a $15 check.

The important parts of the lease are:

-Under house_lease.html, all utilities are paid by tenant.  Under
roommate_lease.html, heat, electric, water, and sewage are paid by
landlord unless the total surpasses an amount specified in the lease.
The cost of utilities beyond this amount will be divided amongst the
tenants.

-No pets.
-No smoking inside.
-Don't download copyrighted material off the Internet.
-No illegal or disruptive activity.
-There is a deposit (check the lease for the amount).
-There are late fees.
-There is an early termination clause for both the landlord and tenant.  
This clause can be modified if requested.
